⒉海上保险的种类：
有基本险和附加险两种。
基本险包括平安险FPA（不包括单独海损）
（1）自然灾害造成的全部损失；
（2）以外事故造成的部分损失；
（3）发生过意外事故的自然灾害造成的部分损失；
（4）共同海损；
（5）在装卸过程中由于一件或数件落入海中造成的损失；
（6）互撞条款规定的货方承担的损失。水渍险WPA（包括单独海损）[WPA=FPA+PA][除平安险外由自然灾害造成的部分损失]和一切险ALL RISK=WPA+11种一般附加险。附加险包括一般附加险和特殊附加险。
一般附加险包括
（1）偷窃提货不着险；
（2）淡水雨淋险；
（3）渗漏险；
（4）短量险；
（5）钩损险；
（6）污染险；
（7）碰损破碎险；
（8）串味险；
（9）受潮受热险；
（10）包装破裂险；
（11）绣损险。
特殊附加险包括：
（1）战争险（不包括热核武器）；
（2）罢工险；
（3）交货不到险；
（4）进口关税险；
（5）舱面险（舱面提单）；
（6）拒收险；
